説明
　第一段落は、説明。「これまでの日本は、欧米からいろいろなものを吸収することが国際化であるかのように考えてきた。しかし、これからの社会では、日本のよい面を世界にアピールすることが国際化の中心になる。世界に誇れる日本文化を私は二つ考えている。」など。
　第二段落は、展開１。「第一は、自然の豊かさと、その自然と調和した生活や文化だ。欧米の文化では、自然は征服の対象と考えられていることが多い。それに対して日本では、自然は人間の生活の中に溶け込むものとして考えられている。例えば、私の家では夏によく打ち水をする。それは……」など。
　第三段落は、展開２。「第二は、他の人と共感する文化だ。欧米では個人主義の原理が根付いているが、日本では個人主義に徹する人は少ない。だから、意見の食い違いがあるときも相手に合わせようと努力することが多い。それが、日本の社会の治安のよさを支えているとも考えられる。」など。

　第一段落は説明（三段落構成の場合は、説明は短くして第二段落の理由とつなげる形で）。「日本の子供たちは、自分の考えを論理的に説明しようとしないと言われる。私たちのクラスでも、学級会のときに……」など。

　生き方の主題で、複数の方法を書く形でまとめるとよい。
　四段落で書く場合、全体が８００字なので、１段落２００字ぐらいの配分で。

　第一段落は、筆者の意見に沿う形の説明と意見。「私たちはつい『自然を守る』などという言葉を使って、今の自然環境の保護を考える。しかし、私たちも自然の一部だ。例えば、昨年の夏は猛暑が続いたが、都会ではクーラーを使うことによって、室内は涼しくなるもののかえって外気の温度が上がるという問題が生まれた。そこで、私の家では打ち水などを行い、できるだけ自然の力で夏を過ごす工夫をした。私たちは、人間も自然の一部なのだという謙虚な気持ちを持ち続けるべきだと思う。」など。
　第二段落は、方法１。「そのためには第一に、できるだけ自然の負担にならないような生活を工夫することだ。今の農業は、農薬と肥料がなければ成り立たないという話を聞いたことがある。私の母も･･････。できるだけ自然と共存できるような生活をしていくことが大切だ。」など。（具体的な例などを入れて長く書く）
　第三段落は、方法２。「第二は、人間が自然の一部だということを子供のころからもっと学べる機会を作ることだ。私の学校では、毎年近くの小さな田んぼで田植えの実習を行う。ふだん接する機会の少ない土や水に接すると、人間は自然の一部なのだということを実感する。私はそこで･･････」など。
　第四段落は、まとめ。「確かに、人間は自然を克服することによって衛生的な環境を築いてきた。例えば、蚊やハエのいない環境は、健康な生活を送るためには必要だ。しかし、･･････」など。（第四段落に、再度「例えば」を入れると長く書ける）

　文章１は、社会の進歩に伴って自然が失われたことを述べている。文章２は、自然は人間との関わりの中で初めて価値あるものになると述べている。

　第一段落は、状況と説明。「私たちの身の回りの自然は、年々失われているようだ。たまに田舎に行き、祖父母の話を聞くと、昔は今よりも豊かな自然に囲まれていたことが実感できる。」など。
　第二段落は、文章１の意見に沿って。「文章１の筆者が述べているように、社会の進歩によって昔の自然がなくなっていくのはやむをえない面がある。例えば、草の生えている土の自然の道も、人間が歩くのに便利なように次第にアスファルト舗装になっていく。しかし、だからこそ、人の手の入っていない自然を残していく必要がある。先日、ホタルの川を取り戻すという話を聞いた。このように、人間の手によって失われた自然は、人間の手によって取り戻していく必要がある。」など。
　第三段落は、文章２の意見に沿って。「しかし、文章２の筆者が述べているように、自然は人間との関わりで初めて意味のあるものになる。単に人間の手の加わらない自然を残すことを考えるだけでなく、人間にとって居心地のいい自然を作っていくことも大切だ。例えば、虫捕りや山菜摘みは、自然を破壊するものではなく、人間と自然が交流するものでもある。私も田舎で庭にあるカキの実を食べたことがあるが、人間が食べるためにカキの木を育てるというのも、もう一つの自然の守り方だ。」など。
　第四段落は、まとめ。「自然は人間と対立するものではなく、人間もまた自然の一員だ。自分自身を大切にするように、自然を大切にしていきたい。」など。

■私が考える『人類と自然との共生』｣

説明
　大きく四つの段落で、現状と問題、原因、対策、まとめ。結びに「人類」「自然」「共生」というキーワードを入れる。
　第一段落。「さまざまな形で環境破壊が進行している。地球温暖化、オゾン層破壊、環境ホルモンなど。（具体例を挙げながら、現状を述べる）。人類と自然が共生していくことはこれからの大きな課題だ。」
　第二段落。「共生がまだできていない原因の一つは、自然に対する謙虚さの不足だ。例えば、日本には「水に流す」「臭いものに蓋」などの言葉があるが、これは自然の力に任せて……。もう一つの原因は、科学技術の進歩に環境への配慮を欠いていた点だ。プラスチックを作るときに、それを廃棄するときのことまで考えていなかったのが、これまでの科学である。……。」
　第三段落。「私たちにできることは、まず身近な生活から変えていくことだ。第一に、省エネ・省資源の環境に優しい生活の実践。例えば、エアコンなども……。第二に、リサイクルやゴミの分別収集など、環境を守る生活習慣を作ることだ。例えば、私の街では……。」
　第四段落。「人類と自然は、これまで自然の大きな力に支えられて共生してきた。しかし、人類の科学がここまで発達した以上……。」

　第一段落は説明。「環境問題といわれるものには、大気汚染、地球温暖化、生態系の破壊、環境ホルモンなどさまざまなものがあるが、私はその中でも、地球温暖化が最も大きな問題だと考える。地球温暖化とは……」など。
　第二段落は、理由１。「その理由は第一に、地球が温暖化することによって、異常気象による穀物不足など、生活に大きな影響が出てくることが考えられるからである。例えば……」など。

　第一段落は、実例と意見。「学問には、分析と想像が必要だと言う。これは、私たちの身近な勉強や生活にも当てはまる。例えば、スポーツの世界でも、試合に勝つためにはまず相手を分析する必要がある。しかし、その分析から自然に答えが出てくるわけではない。当日、どういう作戦を立てて臨むかは、想像の力を借りる必要がある。そして、大事なのは、この想像力だ。」など。
　第二段落は、その理由。「なぜ、想像力が大事かというと、現実の世界は、知識と理屈による分析だけではカバーできない不確定な要素があるからだ。ニュートンは、自分の学問を、世界という広い海を前にして小さな砂浜で遊んでいることにたとえた。こういう謙虚さが、新しい学問を生み出す背景にあったのだ。……」など。
　第三段落は、その方法。「では、想像力を持つためには、どうしたらよいのだろうか。それは、幅広い教養を持つことだと思う。学問の世界の新しい発見は、往々にして予想外のミスのようなところから生まれている。その予想外の出来事を、意味あるものと考えるためには、専門の学問を超えた知識が役に立つことが多いはずだ。……」など。
　第四段落は、反対理解とまとめ。「確かに、正確な分析は、学問研究の基礎だ。しかし、分析だけで終わったのでは、学問に進歩はない。新しい発明や発見のためには、想像力が欠かせない。そして、その想像力は……」など。

　第一段落は、説明。「私は、みんなが仲良くなるための活動として、自分たちで行う合宿を提案したい。それは、先生や親に頼らずに、目的地の選定から、利用する交通機関や宿泊場所や食事の用意まですべて生徒どうしで企画する活動だ。」など。
　第二段落は、理由１。「私がその活動がよいと思った理由は、人間は責任を持たされることそのことに積極的に関われるようになるからだ。その積極性が、お互いが仲良くなる前提になる。例えば、私は小学生のときに、友達とキャンプに行った。それは……」など。
　第三段落は、理由２。「もうひとつの理由は、大規模な企画になれば、少数の人だけでなく、みんなが動かなければならなくなるからだ。役割分担をする人が多くなればなるほど、コミュニケーションは活発になる。例えば……」など。

●連絡
　６．４週は発表交流会を行うので、勉強は次のようにしてください。
　作文の人は、６月に書いた作文の中からよく書けたものを選び、清書をしておいてください。
　　清書は、感想文の場合は要約の部分をカットして作文のようにしてください。
　　漢字を使えるところは漢字にしておきましょう。
　　字数が短い場合は、似た例を増やして字数を伸ばしましょう。
　　字数が長い場合は、不要な部分はカットしておきましょう。
　　よく書けた作文は、新聞社に投稿してみましょう。（テキスト化されたものでも大丈夫です。ただし、縦書きに対応できるように数字は漢数字にしておきましょう。
　　パソコン入力できる人はパソコンで入力し直して、森リン点を見てみましょう。
　　時間のある人は、読解問題をやってみましょう。（時間がないときは無理にやる必要はありません）
　学習の人は、時間があれば、下の自由課題を参考に、家庭でいろいろな実験や研究をしてみましょう。（時間がないときは無理にやる必要はありません）

１．６．４週は、通常の授業はなく、発表交流会とします。
２．発表交流会は、いつもの授業と同じ会場・曜日・時間で行いますが、どの曜日・時間のクラスに参加しても結構です。
３．どのクラスに参加するかは、あらかじめ発表交流会参加フォームから入れておいてください。なお、当日は遅刻はしないようにしてください。
４．発表交流会で発表する作品は、６月３週までに発表した作品の中から選んでください。新たに作成したものを発表しても結構です。
５．寺オン作文コースの人は、作文を口頭で発表しますが、その口頭発表の際に表示する絵や写真を１枚から数枚「発表室あ」に入れておいてください。
　発表学習コースの人は、選んだ作品が、「発表室あ」に入っていることを確かめておいてください。新たに発表する作品がある場合は、投稿しておいてください。
６．７月１週の予習の授業説明は、資料室の授業の動画で見てください。
７．発表交流会は、他の曜日の人の発表を見学する機会を作るものですから、他の曜日・時刻の見学も自由にしてください。見学で参加する場合は、何も発表する必要はありませんが、時間が余った場合は本の紹介をしてもらうことがありますから、読んでいる本を用意しておいてください。

　意見の焦点がはっきりさせにくい課題の場合は、自分の生き方や社会の問題に結びつけて、意見を考えます。これを、生き方の主題と呼んでいます。
　全体の４つの段落に分け、第一段落は、状況実例と意見を書いていきます。（課題のとおりに書く場合は、説明を書いていきます。）
　第一段落の例。「あれは、私が小学５年生のときだった。私のいちばん仲良しの友達が引っ越ししてしまうことになったのだ。私はこれまでの友達との楽しかった生活を思い出すと、その友達がもういなくなくなることが信じられなかった。……（中略）……。しかし、私はそのときのサヨナラをただのサヨナラではなく、よりよいサヨナラにしようと考えた。人生には別離はつきものだ。しかし、私たちはその別離がよりよりものになるような生き方をすべきではないか。」など。
　（課題のとおりに説明を書くとすれば）「人生には、さまざまな出会いの喜びがある。しかし、出会いの喜びは、いつか別離という形で消える。出会ったときの喜びははかなく、私たちは惜別の感情の中に生きていると言っても、言い過ぎではない。」など。
　第二段落は、方法１。「そのためには第一に、いつか来る別離を考えて、毎日を密度濃く生きていくことだ。。一期一会という言葉がある。別離が悲しいのは、その別離までの時間が充実していからだとも言える。昨年、海外からホームステイに来た外国の生徒がいた。私たち家族はその人ができるだけ充実したホームステイの生活が送れるようにいろいろ工夫した。だから、最後にサヨナラをするときがとても悲しかったが、それはそれだけ密度の濃い過ごし方をしたからではないだろうか。」など。
　第三段落は、方法２。「よりよいサヨナラをするために大事な第二のことは、過去に目を奪われるのではなく、新しい未来に目を向けることだ。サヨナラは、過去へのサヨナラであるとともに、未来への新しい出発でもある。例えば、日本は明治維新のとき、長年の鎖国の安定した生活に別れをつげ、新しい近代社会に歩みだした。過去の別離にこだわって生きていたのでは、私たちの生活は、このように豊かにはならなかっただろう。」など。

　「おかげさま」という言葉を象徴的な課題として考えて、自分の生き方に結び付けて考える。

　第一段落は、説明。「資料では、さまざまな場面で『おかげさまで』ということばが使われている。そこに共通するものは、実際に何かそのひとに助けてもらったわけでもないことに対して『おかげさまで』という感謝の言葉を使っていることだ。私は、これは、特定の人に対する感謝ではなく、自分を取り巻く社会に対する対象を特定しない感謝の言葉だと思う。私も、このように周囲の環境に感謝して生きる姿勢を持っていきたいと思う。」など。
　第二段落は、方法１。「そのためには、まず第一に自分に与えられた境遇に満足することだ。例えば、私は、足が遅い。運動会ではいつもくやしい思いをしてきた。しかし、それはもしかしたら、私が、同じように身体のハンディを持っている人に対して優しい気持ちが持てるようにとどこかから与えられた運命なのかもしれないと思うようにした。すると、……」など。

　第一段落は、実例と意見。「学問には、分析と想像が必要だと言う。これは、私たちの身近な勉強や生活にも当てはまる。例えば、スポーツの世界でも、試合に勝つためにはまず相手を分析する必要がある。しかし、その分析から自然に答えが出てくるわけではない。当日、どういう作戦を立てて臨むかは、想像の力を借りる必要がある。そして、大事なのは、この想像力だ。」など。
　第二段落は、その理由。「なぜ、想像力が大事かというと、現実の世界は、知識と理屈による分析だけではカバーできない不確定な要素があるからだ。ニュートンは、自分の学問を、世界という広い海を前にして小さな砂浜で遊んでいることにたとえた。こういう謙虚さが、新しい学問を生み出す背景にあったのだ。……」など。

英語の公用化についての是非

　第一段落は、説明。「英語の必要性は、ますます高まっている。２０２０年にオリンピックが開催されるが、そこで問題になっているのは、英語を話せるタクシー運転手や、英語で用の足りる宿泊施設などが不足していることだ。日本の企業の中でも、世界を相手に仕事をしているところで、ユニクロ（ファーストリテイリング）や楽天に見られるように、社会の公用語を英語にしているところもある。この英語公用化の是非について考えてみたい。……」など。

学校に一番早くつかなければならないのに、道に迷っているおばあさんに出合った

説明
　美化委員長として朝一番に学校に行くとみんなに約束したものの、通学の途中で道に迷っているおばあさんに道順を教えてくれるように頼まれた。このとき、私は次のように行動したいと思う。
　まず第一は、通学路の近くにおばあさんに道順を教えられそうな人がいないか探してみることだ。その人が詳しい道順を知らない場合でも、私がその人に教えてあげることによって、その人がお坊さんの道案内をしてくれるかもしれない。
　しかし第二に、そのような人がいなかった場合、私は美化委員長として学校に遅れることを覚悟の上で、おばあさんの道案内をしてあげたいと思う。なぜなら困っている度合いは美化委員長がいないときの学校の友達より、道順に迷っているおばあさんの方がより重要で緊急だと思うからだ。その結果学校の美化活動に遅れることがあったとしても、その理由を説明すればみんなは理解してくれると思う。また、たとえ自分のとった行動が理解されなかったとしても、自分なりに正しいと判断して行なったことは後悔しないと思う。
　確かに自分の責任を果たすことは大切だが、それを果たせる条件との兼ね合いで何が最も重要なのかを判断することが必要だと思う。

　情報通信技術は、これから身近なものに生かされ、新しい便利な生活を提案する可能性を秘めている。
　私は、そのアイデアを二つ提案したい。

　第二段落は、実例１。
　一つは、スーパーなどの生鮮食品の売れ残り防止策だ。それぞれの店で、どの食品がどれだけ売れ残っているかということが、家庭のテレビのような端末ですぐにわかるようになれば、それを見て買い物をする人も増える。このことによって、廃棄される可能性のあったものを利用することができる。

　第三段落は、実例２。
　もう一つは、ネットワークを利用した習い事だ。既に、ＭＯＯＣなどで勉強面のインターネット利用は進んでいるが、これからは立体的な映像を使って、運動系の習い事も家庭でネット利用でできるようになると思う。これを発展させれば、海外の人や文化との交流もできるようになる。この庶民のレベルでの交流が、世界の平和の一つの土台にもなると思う。

　第四段落は、まとめ。
　情報科学技術は、これまでは専門家の仕事のように思われてきた。
　しかし、これからは誰もがその技術を自分の身近な生活の中で生かすことができるようになる。
　情報科学技術を使って、よりよい生活を作るとともに、よりよい社会を作っていきたい。

　私は、読書の習慣を持つことは良いことだと思う。

　その理由は第一に、自分の内側に外の世界では別の豊かな世界を持つことができるからだ。
　毎日の生活の中には、苦しいことや面倒なことも多い。
　しかし、自分の好きな本を開きその本を読んでいると、外側にあるわずらわしい世界とは別の落ち着いた世界に戻ることができる。
　そして、その読書によって自分の生きるエネルギーを補給してまた元気に生活していけるようになる。

　第二段落は理由２と実例。
　第二の理由は、読書によって友達といつも新しい話題で話をすることができるからだ。
　私は、週に１回近所の読書サークルで読んだ本を紹介する会に参加している。
　そこでは、自分が読んだ本を紹介するとともに、他の人の読んでいる本を教えてもらうことができる。
　毎週新しい本を読むと、同じ人と会っていてもいつも新鮮に接することができる。
　家族で話をするときも、本を読んでいるといつも新しい話題が出てくる。
　これも読書の良い点だと思う。

　第三段落はまとめ。
　確かに世の中には、読書以外の大切なものも多い。
　例えば、毎日の勉強や仕事だ。
　しかし、そういう外側の行動だけに流されていると、自分らしい生き方を忘れてしまうような気もする。
　読書の習慣は、自分が自分らしく生きるために欠かせないものだと思う。

宿題を出した方がよいか出さない方がよいか

　生徒に出す宿題の量は、学校によって違う。
　大量に出すところもあれば、ほぼ宿題を出さない学校もある。
　いくつかの学校では、宿題を出さない方針ができ、いろいろな意見が出されている。
　「家族や友人と触れ合う時間が多くなる」「ストレスが減る」「いろいろな体験ができる」などの賛成の意見もあれば、「復習ができない」「勉強しない生徒が出てくる」「責任の重要性がなくなる」など反対の意見もあった。

　あなたはこの宿題を出さない方針について、よいかよくないかをはっきりと書き、そこにあなたの経験と根拠に基づいた意見を書きなさい。
　また意見の理由が本文と同じ場合は、あなた自身の根拠も書きなさい

■解説
　私は、学校で宿題を出さない方針にすることに【１】賛成だ。その理由は【２】二つある。
　第一の理由は、勉強は自らするものだという自覚を持つことが大切だと思うからだ。宿題が出されると、宿題をすることが義務のようになり、自分で学ぶという意識が薄くなる。【３】私は子供のころ、毎日やる勉強をサボって親には黙っていたことがあった。それが分かったとき、母から勉強は何のためにするのかという理由をじっくりと聞かされた。【４】その後、私は人が見ていようといまいと、自分の向上のために決めたことはしっかりやろうと思うようになった。
　第二の理由は、【５】家庭にはそれぞれの方針や文化があると思うからだ。私の家では読書をする習慣を大切にしていて、学校の宿題と読書が両立できないときは、宿題は休んでも読書の方を先にするようにしている。同じようにそれぞれの家庭にはその家庭ごとに大切にしているものがあるはずだ。だから、勉強は宿題に任せるのではなく、家庭の方針に任せることが大切だと思う。
　【６】確かに宿題を出されなければ勉強をしなくなるという弱さも人間にはあるかもしれない。しかし、それを外側からの強制で補うのではなく、あくまでも本人の自覚を促す方向で補っていくべきだと思う

　私は、目標を決めて何かを始めるのにいつもそれが長続きしない【１】マサオくんに声をかけます。
　私にも【２】決心して始めたことが続けられなかった経験はいくつもあります。最近あったことは早起きしてランニングを始めようと決心したことです。最初の３日間はいつもより１時間早く起きて早朝ランニングをすることができたが、４日目に雨が降ったことを理由にランニングをやめてから、次の日も次の日もその流れでランニングをしないことになり結局早起きてのランニングはあきらめることにしたということがありました。私はこの経験から何かを始めて長続きさせるために大事なことは【３】二つあると思いました。
　第一は、自分にとって無理な決心はしないことです。何かを始めるときは理想の状態を考えて始めてしまうことが多いが【４】最初から大きな目標を立てるのではなく簡単にできる小さな目標を続けていき、それに慣れてから少しずつ目標を大きくしていくことだと思います。
　第二は、何かを始めるときは自分一人で決心するのではなく、その決心を他の人にも宣言するとか、【５】紙に書いて張り出しておくとか、同じことをする友達を作って励ましあうとか、自分の心の中の決心だけでなく外にもその決心を続けられるような仕組みを作っていくことです。

　日本は、諸外国よりも【１】一足先に高齢者中の社会になる。この高齢者は、高齢者でない人とは違った肉体的知的条件を持っている。私は高齢者が使いやすい便利なものとして次のようなものを考えている。
　それは、その高齢者のそれまでの会話を蓄積し、【２】人工知能によってその高齢者個人に合った対話やアドバイスをするロボットである。人間と同じような動作をするロボットはまだ技術的に難しいが、内容のある言葉を交わすという点ではすでに人工知能は実用化のレベルに達している。この個人対応の対話型ロボットによって、高齢者が話し相手の不足に悩むこともなくなる。またちょっとした聞きたいことや調べたことがあったとき、若い世代であればインターネットを検索することができるが高齢者はネットの活用にはまだ慣れていない。そこで、その人工知能ロボットが情報を検索して教えるというようなことが考えられる。また高齢者の健康管理にも気を使い、生活上の様々なアドバイスをすることができるようになる。
　このような個人対応の対話型ロボットで【３】工夫すべき点は。高齢者の邪魔にならないような配慮をすることである。機械は決められた通りの行動しやすいが。人間は時には無駄なことをしたり遠回りをすることに楽しみを感じることもある。人工知能のアドバイスの方が正しいように見えても、【４】高齢者の人間的な好みを優先するような配慮をすることが必要だ。また【５】耳の遠い老人には大きな声で話をしたり。目の悪い人には大きい文字を見せたりと言う細かな個人的対応も必要になる。

「米の消費量について」
説明
　お米は、おいしく栄養のバランスがよく、しかも日本で自給できる数少ない食物の一つである。しかし、日本では朝食にパンをとる家庭が多いように、米の消費量は年々減っている。
　米の消費量が減ることによる問題点として考えられるのは、稲作中心に成り立ってきた日本の文化と伝統が失われることだ。よ日本では地域のお祭りなどの行事も稲作と深く結びついている。また水田が作る景観や自然環境は、米作りと結びつかなければしだいに失われていく可能性がある。
　米の消費量を増加させるための解決策として考えられるのは、次のようなことだ。まず米を使った料理をさまざまな形で工夫することである。例えばハンバーガーでも、パンではなくコメを使う例があるがこのような形を広げていくことが考えられる。もう一つは、米の消費を国内だけで考えるのではなく日本の安全でおいしい米という特色を生かして海外にまで市場を広げていくことだ。
　米は単なる食品の一つではなく、日本の文化や自然環境と深く結びついていたものだということを私たちが自覚していく必要がある。

「行事の係をくじ引きで決めることについて」

　第一段落は、説明と意見。
　行事の係を、未経験者の中からくじ引きで決めるというのは、私はあまりよいやり方ではないと思う。もっとみんなが納得し、更によりよい行事を企画できるような決め方があるはずだ。

　第二段落は、理由。
　係や委員の未経験者の中からくじ引きで決めるやり方がよくないと思うのは、第一に、行事の係を、みんなが嫌がるもの、避けたがるものであるという考えを前提にしているからだ。
　行事の係とは、もともと、クラスをよりよく運営するために作られたものだ。と考えれば、クラスの全員が、行事の係を価値あるものだと考えるような決め方にしていく必要がある。
　第二は、未経験者の中から選ぶことによって、新しい企画ができる可能性もあるが、逆に経験不足から不十分な企画になる可能性も高いと思うからだ。

　第三段落は、方法。
　私は、次のような方法で係を決めるのがよいと思う。
　第一は、係を決める前に、これまでの行事の経験からどういう行事が必要かということを論議することだ。
　行事のイメージがはっきりしてくれば、自主的に係をやりたいという人が出てくることもあると思う。
　第二は、係がなかなか決まらない場合でも、できるだけ話し合いの中で決めるようにすることだ。時間はかかるかもしれないが、逆に時間をかけて決めたものほど、みんなの協力が得られると思うからだ。

　第四段落は、まとめ。
　学校のクラスとは、ただ勉強するだけの場所ではなく、私たちがその中で人間的にも成長していく場だと思う。
　係を決めるような一見小さなことでも、私たちの決め方によって、いろいろなことを学ぶことができる。

　私が、美しいと思う日本語は、「いただきます」と「ごちそうさま」という言葉です。

■あかいじどうしゃ
　第２０回文部大臣賞　小学１年生

「プップッー。」
　つくばのお山のほうから、またあかいじどうしゃが、はしってきました。せんとうのたけしくんが、
「あかいくるまだぞー。」
と、大きなこえでいったので、ぼくはびっくりしました。みつおくん。ゆきおくんもあおちゃんもすすむくんも、まっすぐになって、しんかんせんのようにあるきだしました。あかいくるまは、すうーと、ぼくたちのれつのわきにとまりました。まどから大つ先生のめがねのかおがでて、キョロ目がめがねの中でくるくると、ぼくたち六人のかおをみました。
　うしろのまどから、ながつか先生、しば先生、よしわら先生の三つのかおがくびをだしました。ぼくは、びっくりしてとまってしまいました。くるまがとまるときまって四つのかおが、いちどにくびをだします。
「よく一れつにならんでいるな。」
「あるきかたが、とてもじょうずね。」
「えらい、えらい、りこうだなあ。」
「きをつけてかえるのよ。」
　先生たちは、くちぐちにいろいろいいます。くるまからおりて、まえから、たけしくん、みつおくんと、あたまをなでてから先生たちは、ひとりずつあたまのてっぺんに、大きなまるをかきました。たけしくんは、手でかおをかくして、
「うふふふ。」
と、くびをひっこめました。ぼくも、
「くっくっくっ。」
と、わらってしまいました。みんなかめのこみたいに、くびをひっこめてわらいました。先生たちは、手をふりながら、くるまはまたはしりだして、とおくに小さくなっていきました。
　あかいじどうしゃは、大つ先生がうんてんして、まい日、わたしたちのまちをひとまわりします。ぼくたちが一ねんせいにはいってからいままで、がっこうがえりのあるきかたをみてまわっているので
　どこをはしっていても、ぼくたち一ねんせいのれつをみつけると、きまって
「プップッー。」
と、あいずしていきます。あかくてかっこいいので、どこからでもすぐ目だってわかります。
「あっ、あかいくるまだよ。右がわ一れつ。」
と、みつけた人が大ごえでいうと、ばくたちは、まっすぐまえをみて、さっさとあるきます。よそみなんかする人はひとりもいません。
「プップッー。」
と、ならして、手をふりながらとおりすぎたとおもうと、とおくのほうにとまって、ぼくたちがいくのをみていたりすることもあります。
　このまえ、二十五ごうたいふうのとき、と「ちゅうのさくら川が大水になって、ルる田んぼも、水がいっぱいになりました。いねのほが、あたまだけだして、みちだけがみえていました。そのときも、あかいじどうしゃは、水じょうじどうしゃのようにはしっていきました。川のはしのところにとまって、四人の先生が、ぼく「たちのことを、みていてくれました。雨がやんでも、川の水は、うずをまいてながれ、はしの上にとどきそうになっていました。ぼくたちは、こうもりをもって、「ながぐつをブッカ、ブッカならしながら、がんばってあるきました。やっとはしのところまでくると、大つ先生が、
「たにしくん、うまいぞ。」
と、大きな手で、たけしくんのあたまをなんかいもなでまわしました。たけしくんは、がっこうがえり、たにしとりばかりしていたので、たにしくんというなまえを、もらってしまいました。たにしのように目をほそくして、くびをひっこめたので、みんなが、あははとわらいました。ながつか先生が、
「あめかぜの日は、みちのはしはあぶないから、このへんをあるくのね。」
と、あるいてみせました。あぶないところをとおりすぎると、あかいじどうしゃは、手をふりながらはしっていきました。ばくは、くるまが小さくなるまで、手をふってさよならしました。
　あかいじどうしゃは、ぼくたちがかえるのをみて、うれしそうにはしるときと、おこったようにはしるときがあります。ぼくたちが、かえりにランドセルをほうりなげて、たにしとりにむちゅうになったり、くわがたむしを、ぼうしの中にいれて、あたまのてっぺんをあるかせたりして、みちくさしていると、おこったようにおそろしく大きく、
「ブッブッブッ。ブッブッブッ。」
と、ならして、とまってしまいます。
　一れつになって、さっさとあるいてかえるときは、うれしそうに、
「プップー。たいへんじょうずですよ。」
と、きもちよくはしっていきます。そんなとき、ぼくは、あかいじどうしゃはいいな、だいすきとおもいます。きょうもあしたもそのつぎも、あかいじどうしゃははしります。

■「木材」の写真

　右の「木材」の写真を見てあなたが考えたことを分かり やすく書きましょう。 字数は,五百字以上, 六百字以内とします。
(書き方)
○ 題名,名前は書かずに一行目から書き始めましょう。
○ 書き出しや段落をかえた時は、ますを一字あけて書きましょう。
○ 文章全体の組み立てを考え,適切に段落がえをしましょう。段落がえをしてあいたますも一字と数えます。
○ 読点→や句点→・かぎ→「などはそれぞれ一ますに書 きましょう。ただし,句点とかぎ→ 。」は、同じますに書きましょう。
○ 読点や句点が行の一番上にきてしまうときは,前の行の 一番最後の字といっしょに同じますに書きましょう。
○ 文章を直すときは,消してから書き直しましょう。

●解説
　生き方の主題で。
　第一段落と第四段落で木材の写真に関連したことが書いてあれば、展開部分の第三、第四段落は、木材から離れてもよい。

　第一段落は、説明。「形も大きさも少し違う木材が、少しずつずれて並んでいる。私は、この写真を見て、大きい子の上に小さい子が乗り、少しずれ落ちそうになりながら遊んでいる様子を連想した。木材と同じように、人間もそれぞれ似ているが違うところがある。木材は、その違いをうまく組み合わせることによって家を作る材料になる。人間も、違いをうまく組み合わせることによって、社会が成り立つのではないかと思った。……」など。
　第二段落は、方法１。「だから、ひとつには、その違いを認めることだ。今の社会は、人間を同じような規格に合わせてしまうことがある。例えば、流行なども、みんなが個性的に思っているようなことがかえって同じような行動になってしまうことがあると思う。私たち一人ひとりが、互いの違いを尊重することが、より豊かな社会を作っていくもとになると思う。……」など。
　第三段落は、方法２。「もうひとつには、規格からずれていることが、進歩のもとになると考えることだ。日本の歴史を見ても、新しいことを始める人は、ほとんど常に周囲との摩擦を覚悟しなければならなかった。私は、昔、『おじいさんのランプ』という短編を読んだが、そこに出てくる主人公の巳之助さんは……」など。
　第四段落は、書き出しに戻ってまとめ。「木材は、もともと生きている木から切りだされたものだ。だから、性質も違うし、大きさや形も違う。しかし、その違いやずれをうまく組み合わせることが、丈夫な建物を作る土台になる。私も、これから中学生になり、いろいろな人に出会うと思う。そのとき、……」など。

■自然は曲線を創り、人間は直線を創る（湯川秀樹）

●解説
　一見難しそうなテーマに見えますが、実は簡単（笑）。
　象徴的なテーマは、生き方の主題で考えると書きやすくなります。そこに、現代の社会的な問題を加えれば更に優れた内容になります。

　第一段落は、状況実例と意見。「時間というものの自然な姿は、区切りなくゆるやかに流れていくものだ。それはひとつの曲線のように滑らかに流れていく。しかし、人間は、その曲線にカレンダーという形で階段状の直線をつける。その直線化した時間の区切りによって、日常生活を送ることができるからだ。私は、人間の持つ直線性を生かしながら、それを自然の曲線にできるだけ近づけるような生き方をしていきたい。」など。
　第二段落は、その方法１と実例。「そのためには、第一に、逆説的に見えるかもしれないが、直線の科学を更に発展させることだ。例えば、ディジタルという区切り方についても、昔のコンピューターのフォントは、ぎざぎざの文字でいかにも人工的な感じがしたものだ。しかし、ディジタルの度合いが更に細かくなると、それは次第にアナログのなめらかさに近いものになった。直線性ときわめることによって曲線にかぎりなく近づくということだ。数学で言えば、円の面積を求める発想も、もともとを円を無数の三角形に分割するころから生まれた。……」など。
　第三段落は、方法２と実例。「第二には、自然に学ぶことだ。人間の創った直線は確かに、社会に大きな恩恵をもたらした。例えば、医療における手術や薬のようなものだ。ある病気には、直線的にある薬が対応するという発想で、医学は発展してきた。しかし、今、見直されているのは、自然治癒力をたかめるというような曲線的な考え方だ。……。」など。
　第四段落は、反対理解とまとめ。「確かに、直線は世界を人間化することに役立ってきた。しかし、人間自体がひとつの自然の存在だ。直線と曲線を対立的に考えるのではなく……。」など。

　受験作文コースの生徒の保護者を対象にしたオンエアセミナー懇談会です。これは１回毎に参加者を募ります。
○保護者対象……土１０：３０から２５分間
（週１回、受験作文コースの生徒の保護者は無料、受験作文コース以外の言葉の森の保護者は５００円／回、言葉の森の生徒以外の保護者は２０００円／回。主に受験作文の書き方のポイントを説明、添削講評もあり）
　これまでに行った懇談会のテーマは、「公立中高一貫校の受験作文の書き方のコツ」「受験作文の作文返却後の関わり方」。
　11.12のテーマは、「受験に合格したあと、しなかったあとの対応について」。また、参加者からアップロードされた作文の添削講評を行います。

　先日は10.22保護者セミナーにご参加いただきありがとうございました。

　セミナーの講義部分はホームページに公開しましたので、有料でご参加いただいた方は、１２月までに行われる今後のセミナーについて１回分無料でご参加いただけるようにしました。

　次回は１１月５日（土）１０：３０～１０：５５で、テーマは、作文を書き終えたあとの家庭での関わり方を中心に話して行きます。

　また、受験作文を既に書いているお子様をお持ちの方でその作文についてのアドバイスを希望される方は、掲示板の方から作文の画像をお送りください。前半の講義のあと、質問相談の時間に説明します。

　11.5のセミナーでは、作文が返却されたあとに、どういう関わり方をしていくかという話をします。
　また、生徒本人が書いた作文をアップロードしていたたければ、それをもとにしたアドバイスもします。

思考国算講座でお世話になっています
ケイイチ母です。受験作文、三回目
振替分が、ちょうど書き終えたので、

　10/22（土）の10:30から始まりますが、15分ぐらい前から入っておいていただいて結構です。
　入室はあまりぎりぎりにならないように、5分前には入っておいてくださるとよいと思います。

　当日の話の中心は、タイトルのとおり、「公立中高一貫校の受験作文に、家庭でどう関わるか」です。
　もし、お子様の受験コース課題の作文があり、それを事前にアップしておいてくだされば、その作文の講評も併せて行います。

　作文の画像をアップロードされる場合は、作文の氏名などの部分をシールなどを貼って消しておき、画像の泉からアップロードし、その画像のリンク先を、オープン教育の「受験作文小論文の岸」からお知らせください。

　公立中高一貫校の受験作文コースがスタートします。
　志望校の過去問の傾向に合わせた作文課題を、週１回のペースで学習します。

　言葉の森の作文指導の特徴は、事前指導で書き方をわかりやすく説明する点にあります。
　ここが、書いたあとの添削が中心になる他の作文指導とちがうところです。

　作文は、書く前に構成の仕方の説明があると、その説明を参考にそこに盛り込む実例や感想を考えることができます。
　また、事前に両親に取材して、自分が考えついたものとは異なる実例や感想を聞くという準備ができます。
　作文の力がつくのは、この事前の準備によってです。

　事前の準備をして書いた作文が１０本ぐらいたまると、試験の本番でどのようなテーマが出されても、何らかの形で自分がこれまで書いた作文の材料に関連させて考えることができます。
　作文試験というものは、一般にそのときの出来不出来が大きいですが、この事前の練習によって自分の実力がそのまま発揮できるようになるのです。

　言葉の森の指導の特徴は、単なる紙ベースの通信指導ではなく、そこに毎回の電話指導が加わることです。
　先生との電話によるやりとりの中で、自分の考えを更にはっきりさせて書くことができるようになります。

　例年、受験する生徒のほとんどが言ってくれる言葉が、「作文は自信を持って書けた」です。
　試験当日は気合いが入るせいもあって、どの生徒も、それまでに練習した作文のいちばんいい面を出してくるようです。

　中学入試の受験作文コースは、試験の４ヶ月前からスタートできます。
